Uncover any usability issues in the integration of the new web application + how the web app works alongside with the chrome extension.

šŸ”Ā  Tasks

  1. Activate all money saving features Redeemer provides while online shopping (help user familiarize themselves with ext. as well).
  2. Add the Chase Sapphire Preferred card into wallet.
  3. Remove the Chase Sapphire Preferred Card and Add the Chase Sapphire Reserved Card.
  4. Request a credit card that does not exist in Redeemer’s data base of credit cards.
  5. Locate the transaction history page and find cash back state of a specific purchase.
  6. Redeem the cashback through the extension.
